3rd Party insurance

Very dissatisfied with the 3rd party insurance. My car was hit on the 19th of February and I’m still waiting to get feedback on when it can get fixed. All my documents were submitted but now I can’t get through to the person handling the case. I call and waste my airtime just to get nowhere.
