3rd Party Clain against HTS John Vorster and Santam

I was in an accident on 15/11/24, the policy holder is a well known school in Pretoria, the driver of the Schools vehicle admitted guilt. I'm claiming against the school for my vehicle as well as Liability for loss of income as I am self employed and rely solely on my vehicle for business (I'm a Property Practitioner).

Correspondence between the Santam Broker and I was ongoing. On 09/11/24 the broker informed me that I will have an answer by today 13/11/24. I contacted there offices to find out that they are closed until 06/01/25!!

Ive submitted all relevant documentation as well as the quotes they requested from me. Not once in this period have they phoned me, all correspondence was via email. I have lost deals because of this!! Is supposed to be an open and shut case as the other driver admitted guilt. I cant work and I am the sole breadwinner for my 2 minor children! Really unprofessional and also shows that we as an individual doesn't stand a chance against big corporations. They don't care about us.
