3rd Party claim

I have a 3rd party claim for a Santam client which took place on the 1st of March 2025. I have been calling the contact centre they shared an incorrect email address that bounces and I do not get help when I call in. The number for the rep handling the matter just rings. I called trice today and a very rude agent told me they will call me back and refused to share the manager details. Needless to say, no one called and I have no feedback.
