3rd Party claim
With regards to my report sent on 14 March, you requested time to investigate. It has now been 2 weeks and have heard nothing. I am patiently awaiting a response.

We hereby acknowledge receipt of your posting above.
We apologise for the delay in response, we were waiting on feedback from our legal branch on this matter.
After careful consideration of all the facts surrounding the incident we unfortunately cannot acccommodate your claim for the following reasons:
- we have conflicting merits of the incident
- there are no independent eyewitnesses to verify each party's version of events
- the police report in our file was not signed by both drivers thus we cannot rely on it
Based on the above information both parties need to bear their own costs and we cannot entertain your claim.
