3rd Party claim

Your client reversed into my car and they were very helpful and assured me their Insurance (Santam) would cover this. The incident happened on the 1st July and i went to get quotes on the 3rd and sent off to Santam. It has now been 8 weeks and i am still waiting for my car to get fixed. I have had to fill out how many forms and compile annexures, get additional photos and quotes, yet i am still waiting. I need my car to drop kids off at school and for work and do not have alternative transport
