3rd party claim

In August 2015 one of the plant on site drove into my stationary car, to which the operator admitted guilt. I found out they are insured with Santam. I thought great. I'd rather do it through them as a 3rd party claim. Seeing that they are such a well known company, and they have no shortage of adds on tv. <br> <br> After getting my claim number, my claim was given to someone in Johannesburg, namely Mbali. This was the most unhelpful person I have ever come across. She was never in the office when I called to find out of any progress. And after days of struggling I finally get hold of her, to which her reply was a standard, 'I will do it now and get back to you'. Then after another wait, I get something else from her to fill out or do. I had to cut this very sort though.<br> <br> Eventually last week Thursday (many grey hairs later), she said she will do my release. Will get it signed latest Monday and get it to me by close of day. I called the office yesterday evening, and she wasn't there. I then found out the release has not been done yet.<br> <br> I don't want to wait any longer. <br> <br> And I need a job like that where I can do nothing all day, or have weekly holidays.
