3rd Party Claim

I was involved in an accident on the 12th of June with a TFS truck insured with Santam.The driver admitted fault and they lodged a claim with Santam and they forwarded me the claim number . it's been almost 3months now,my car has not been fixed and no one is telling me what's the hold up.<br> No response from the Santam insurance and from the TFS company instead I'm being sent from pillar to post!I wouldn't recommend Santam insurance to anybody.I even called their complaints and complements number spoke to them,they took my number and promised to get back to me of which they did not.
