3rd Party claim

Extremely disappointed in the service I have received from Santam to date! I was in an accident almost 3 months ago with a Chubb security vehicle! The driver tried to cross the road when I had right of way! Submitted a 3rd party claim and to date I have never not once received feedback from anyone about the claim. I have called or emailed them at least 3 times a week for the past month and there has never been any progress on the claim whatsoever, we are continuously going in circles! I have submitted everything they have asked for at least TWICE yet still no progress! Its seems as though they haven't even finalized their clients claim yet, definitely not the type of insurer I would like to have by my side. Insurance is there to assist you, not make things more expensive and more complicated for you! I have been genuinely inconvenienced by this whole situation and it just doesn't appear to be getting any better. I understand I am not their client but really why have the 3rd party benefit if those that need it can not claim for it in decent time? Santam..one of a kind insurance for a one of a kind country? Pathetic!
