3 long months for repairs

My scar has been in for repairs, it will be 3 months tomorrow. Your chosen panel beater has been silent for over a month. Emails not answered. I have been inconvenienced without even knowing how long this is going to last. Copy and paste email last sent to me first week of December. Is anyone following up the progress on your side or I’m left do deal with the mess of a service provider that you chose?
