<p>MY CAR WAS WRITTEN OFF AND UPLIFTED BY SANTAM IN FEBRUARY AND I RECENTLY(29/3) PURCHASED ANOTHER AND TRIED TO TRANSFER MY PERSONALISED PLATES TO THE NEW CAR, ONLY TO FIND IT'S STILL ALLOCATED TO SALVAGE. I HAVE BEEN SENT FROM PILLAR TO POST BY SANTAM (CICILIA REYNOLDS)AND SMD[LUCY] (1 CLAIMING TO HAVE SENT AND THE OTHER NOT RECEIVING).MY TEMP PLATES HAVE EXPIRED AND I AM UNABLE TO DRIVE MY CAR FOR WORK PURPOSES. I'M SUPPOSED TO BE 230 KMS AWAY TOMORROW BUT UNABLE TO DRIVE MY CAR AS IT DOESN'T HAVE PAPERS. I LEAVE MESSAGES FOR CICILIA AND SHE NEVER RETURNS CALLS. MY ATTEMPTS TO REACH SVEN VELDTMAN (WHO'S AWARE OF THIS MATTER) PROVES FRUITLESS. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO ANYMORE</p>
