Not honouring policy

<p>Also had bad experience with this company.</p> <p>My car was broken into. Handbag was ******. Policy states under Household items that theft from car is covered to value of R5000(does not specify what). When we submitted the claim we were told that they will NOT pay out because the bag and items must be listed under personal items.......i was going to emailed the policy wording...have received nothing to date...we are now looking for another broker. Dissapointed since it was the first time we were putting a claim in.</p>
