Bad service.

It has been 11 full weeks without my vehicle 🚗 and it’s really inconveniencing me. I have been using Uber since and now I’ve used all my savings and have nothing to go to work with.

I have tried numerous times to call the insurance for assistance on this matter but no one seem to care about my situation. What happens now if they can’t fix my car till December?? I mean 11weeks without a vehicle 🚗 that I am paying insurance and monthly instalments for feels horrible,I have been compromised in a very bad way. All that I am asking for is for a carhire since the parts have not yet arrived in South Africa.
