Worst Experience

I'm extremely unhappy with the service received with your repairs first of all I purchased a tv 75 inch tv it stopped working within 2 weeks we went to the store and was advised they will load a request for the repairer that took another 2 weeks to come through to us. Infact I had to call your offices and got through a very unprofessional lady who didnt want to hear me out only to be told they noted our contact details wrong . A repairer came through the following day and took the set its 7days later and we are told it takes 14 working days to fix our tv . The request was loaded on the 30/09/2020 we had not had a tv for a whole 2 weeks before that so we need to wait another 14 days for us to get assistance this is ridiculous ,the communication is ridiculous...I'm starting to regret even buying cause wow the experience is worse . How does one even get assistance from a competent person cause all your agent are just soo unprofessional and have a damn attitude
