Unsatisfied with the product.

I have purchased a Sansui 32inch HD Ready television from Incredible Connection. I have had the television packed away and connected it after 3 months of purchase due to renovations and when I connected the television, the sound was not right and it was too soft. I then took it back to the store for repairs, I then received a call after 2 weeks for pick up and it was said that nothing can be done and the product was manufactured in that way. My question to Sansui is how can the company manufacture a product of such low quality and do nothing about it? My question to Incrediable Connections is how can they lie to to their customers on the quality of the product. I am really disappointed in the quality of the product that was manufactured and it gives a bad name to both these companies for lying to their customers.
