sansui lifepad

Purchased a sansui lifepad tablet and powerbank combo deal at hifi corporation in port elizabeth. I purchased it on the 10/11/2015. I got home put it on the 8 hour charge as recomended and starting using it on 12/11/2015. this thing does not stay on for longer than a hour. if i dont constantly have it on charge the battery dies. Even the power bank cant charge it.<br> <br> My manager at work bought the same deal 2 weeks ago, with the same problem. I am ever so sorry i went back to hifi corporation. i have burnt my fingers twice already with this company. Somehow i thought this time would be different. now to try and get a refund is going to be another battle. 2 years ago i waited six months to get my money back. <br> <br> I will never buy another product from hifi corporation again.
