Sansui faulted - 1 year after purchase.To get it replaced is OMFG

i had a tv for just over a year.. 49" curved. now its faulted. bought at hifi corp. lady tells me its a common issue. common issue or not my tv is still at the store and has not even been sent to be repaired or or.... BS from Hifi corp & BS from the brand. just over a year old and only audio.. no picture. i always bought Samsung.. never an issue. enjoyed the year of Sansui.. BUT #dissapointed in Sansuii brand & hifi corp E.L
