Poor after sale service and garrentee

I bought a Sansui tv and had problems with it from the moment i start using it. Control not working and HI FI say its not covered under gaurentee It were collected for repairs more than 2 weeks I got a call from repair shop asking if i will eccept the TV although it now show JVC when you put it on. That's rediculous as they still will reorder the correct part. The tv were a gift and i am not satisfied with this service it impact the make Sansui very negative as well as the poor service of HI FI Corp.
