Non existent service from Sansui

I am trying to get a replacement remote control for a Sansui TV. I contacted Sansui South Africa via their contact page on the web-portal 3 months ago, and again a few weeks back, still no reply from them. I recently contacted Sansui headoffice overseas, no reply form them either.
