Horrible Brand , pathetic service

After purchasing a Sansui fridge which only lasted 16 months, and extended warranty was taken out and we are told that we will send someone to fix the product . February went by , March went by . April , May , June , July and slowly we are approaching August. To sit without a fridge for months is shocking when all we get is run arounds from the branch we bought the provided from . Does Sansui value their customers ? Their brand ? Their business ? I would not recommend anyone to buy this product especially given the fact that you have to beg for some sort of assistance and support is beyond pathetic and extremely sad given they have such a wide range of product, appliances and whatever else . Not once has anyone taken into account the amount of food we had to get rid of knowing their are people starving out there. There is no support structure for Sansui in port Elizabeth which is shocking for such a brand . Customer service is what drives your business not just q quick sale! I
