Don't buy any sansui products no back up

Bought a sansui etab from incredible connection my niece dropped it and wanted to repair it out of warranty the store \incredible"said the tabs are merely exchanged if in warranty unless it's negligence on the uses part then I would have to pay the device costs R2500 and to replace the screen would cost R2500 to R2700!!!!!!
