Bad service , bad product

Worst service and brand ever

We bought a 58 sansui smart tv a month ago and boom this morning 08/08/2020 the tv does not work at all , i paid R 6000 hard earned money for the thing and it does not work , what a great surprise sansui , i am so fed-up with YOUR **** that does not work but yet i still buy your product and this is not the first time this happens.

When we deal with your employees about our problems then you get treated like a piece of **** but yet what not one of you understand is if 100% of clients stop buying your products then non of you will actually have a job neither a salary .Every time the same thing , ' (please send the product back so that our technicians can have a look at it and it might take 2-3 weeks to get sorted out and then we will advise when you can collect the product' )this is the lovely friendly aggravated responses you get as i client and it is sad to know that you get treated this way as a client that actually pays your salary.

I will never ever buy any of your products again and i will post this article all over social media so that everyone can see how pathetic you and your product is and to actually show the people of south Africa how you get treated like ******* but yet we as the client pays your salary .Maybe take some time and focus on better client service and delivering a product that works and keeping your clients happy.
