Cant afford live

I have a daughter at the school and when I enrolled her I had a really good job but circumstances had me have to apply for subsidy and believe me they make it impossible for a person to get all the info they want. I have to drive all day to banks and sars and and and and insist on bank statements that have to be from the 1st of the to the first of the third month which I have to pay for with money I dont have, its ****s my budget and yet is I dont do it I will be forced to pay the fees that I am not able to do, how can we be held responsible for circumstances dictated by waht happens in our country. I now have to drive to the school everyday as they are never happy with the papers you deliver and have to lend money for petrol everytime, I really think it's disgusting. We had to prove that my wife is unemployed which I did but now they want a IT34 FORM from SARS, FOR WHAT SHE REALLY IS UMEMPLOYED and we got that form the unemployment office, I am broke and cant afford to get to the school 5 or 6 times to find forms that dont exist anywhere but to pay to get to sars which I really think is unfair that life has not been good to me they make it even more difficult to cope, hating this country at the moment for the stupid rules that we have to abide by. Why would my wife to prove her registration with sars when she does not have a job and her it34 when once again she doesnt have a job when we supp**** the proof that she is unemployed, please help I really can't afford the amount of driving I have to do
