Worst service ever

<p>We did not receive anything in the chalet as advertised. We've booked a six bed and was put into 2x 2bed sleepers.</p> <p>There was no aircon as advertised, ceiling fans wasn't in working condition.</p> <p>Not enough towels in rooms.</p> <p> </p>
