Highly dissapointed and dissatisfied

Was booked in to sanrock resorts on the 2nd-4th November and I was very disappointed with the resort. Firstly the chalet we were allocated was dirty not cleaned properly and the was clothes in the cupboard then in the evening the pipe at the kitchen sink burst the maintenance mangers was rude when he came to look at the pipe we had to ask for another chalet as ours was flooded, the new chalet was also not cleaned and the TV didn't have a signal, the shower in the one bedroom had no hot water and the water was brown, the kettle was also brown inside we had to go and buy water for us to drink, no one from reception came to check on us the following day or the rest of the weekend. The pools were not clean and had algae at the bottom so we could not swim they advertised a heated pool but it was not there the place looked like it had not been maintained in a long time. When we checked out we let the lady at reception know about our disappointment and she told us us that management would get back to us in writing within a week and still today there hasn't been any contact made. I would not recommend this place to anyone who wants to relax. When making the booking we were not informed that they are also running a school on the premises there were children walking around and we couldn't fully enjoy ourselves.
