The account they use for transactions belongs to the company’s “Managing Director”. Tip: Tender RFQ’s that are sent to you via email are ****s. The email extension can be customised/masked, so the emails appear as though they are from government departments. PS. Your information is compromised once you sign up on the Government's CSD (Central Supplier Database) I fell victim to their **** and would hate for this to happen to someone else. If you have fallen victim to a **** like this then you can take the following steps: • Gather all documentation and communication exchanged. • Report the matter at a police station and open a case. Ensure that you provide sufficient evidence – print out all documentation and/or communication available. • Write an affidavit statement stating what happened. • Report or flag the transactions with your bank.
