Terrible service

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the poor service and lack of communication received. Despite following the correct procedures and making the necessary arrangements within the required timeframes, the matter was not handled accordingly.

What is particularly frustrating is the lack of feedback and the inconvenience caused. Customers should not have to repeatedly follow up to resolve issues that could have been avoided through proper communication and service delivery.

I hope this complaint receives the attention it deserves and that the necessary steps are taken to resolve the matter and improve the overall customer experience.
