I have complained about sanlam not wanting to pay my provident money and saying our company is under liquidation of which it's not true, I ve been emailing them not getting any response, I didn't ask for retrenchment please pay me my money

Penelope tried to explain her side and still I don't get what she saying as our company says they did everything that is required on their side everything else is upto sanlam to do the payouts
