I have no words…
I am here again due to being made a promise to get my tax certificates today and guess what? I get ignored via email.
I am now 1 month in from my initial request and still I haven’t been assisted.
I had a request from Old Mutual and I received it in 5 minutes. I don’t know how this company still exists!
