zero service from Assupol life

Good day. I've been struggling for about 2 going on 3 months to cancel a funeral policy with Assupol. I've tried calling them numerous times but never get through. I send call backs but never get assistance. I've been sending the same email to the following email address and they go unanswered. * *** * *** * ***
