Your Time and Airtime Consuming IVR system is bad for business in this economy.

Called your *** and eventually ran out of airtime. Needed to update my policy and get quote for my husband. Your long winded ineffective IVR system that goes around in circles used up all my airtime. Please consider goin back to good old fashioned click 1 for this or 2 for that. No one has time or money to waste listening to an airtime wasting system like that. Please contact me I need to update my account details to my Dsicovery Bank account number and also finalise a quote.
