YOU ARE DE*****ING US!!!!

this company is de*****ing us, why would a funeral cover increase every month??? and is this even allowed?? I wonder if the the ombudsman is even aware of how clients are being *****ed by this company!! after 11 years of having a funeral cover with them they increase my premium every month, i have logged a complaint no one reverts back to me, i have called them and the consultants don't know how to explain this instead they say i must send an email, which no one responds to, how do you move from a premium of R132 in September to R185 October and R211 November, PLEASE EXPLAIN THAT!!!
