YET AGAIN, ASSUPOL LIFE HAS GIVEN ME THE WORST SERVICE

yet again, Assupol is ignoring my request to cancel my policy. what kind of service is this? i sent an email on 17 July 2024 and to date NO RESPONSE. And They have sent against my salary.

Assupol, cancel my policy and refund me back R303.75 that you have already debited on my August salary
