I have a policy that matured the 1st of October 2023. I have completed the forms that were send to me and emailed them twice. Still no pay-out. I went to the Assupol office in Pretoria a week ago. They told me it will take 3 working days. Still no pay-out. If I phone their number it says it does not exist. I am extremely disappointed.
