Wrongfully debited

They are very helpful when you take loan with them and they promise you heaven and earth with insurance that it happens that you loose your job the insurance will cover for you, but when you loose the job and you send all the required documents yes the insurance pays but they still deduct from you how's that possible? Sanlam is a big **** I won't even take a policy with them. Loosing a job is stressful and now I have to stress about the loan that is covered by insurance. And when I call them they don't answer until you are out of airtime that's how big of a **** they are.
