Worst service provider!!!!

I have asked them 4 months in a row to change the banking details to the same details as the other products I have with them. Yet again I had to do another manual payment as this hasn't been done. You email me that if there is no payment the policy will be cancelled. This is the most pathetic service provider ever!!!!!!! Fix my details or I will cancel all my stuff with you!!!!!
