Worst Service from Assupol!!!!! I want my refund.

Assupol is the worst company I have ever dealt with. no compliance whatsoever and their staff is unprofessional.since I requested for cancellation of my policy beginning of June as well as refund which I was told will be paid in 7 working days and today is the 10th day, I still haven't received my money. I then noticed that the lady by the name of Langelihle who requested me to send my bank statement for a refund only changed my payment method, like seriously how do you pay for something that you have cancelled?
