Worst service ever, unauthorised withdrawal from account
Sanlam has the worst possible service with utmost laziness to resolve a problem. When I complained about an attachment not opening, they want to withdraw funds from my account. Will you rather lose clients than to pick up the phone and CALL???? I have no interest in dealing with AI and lazy agents
