Worst "service" ever

I would give a 0 star if the system allowed me. I can't complain about their client service, as there is NO CLIENT SERVICE AT ALL. Their turn around time to get back to you is almost a month, and then they only let you know the "completion date for this enquiry is over a month away." HONESTLY THE WORST CLIENT SERVICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH
