WORST SERVICE EVER!
It is so sad with what is happening at sanlam. Very *********** AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DISGUSTING TO THE HIGHEST LEVEL. Agent by the name of BOUTUMELO answers robotic responses and inbetween the chat she leaves the chat. After HR has submitted all documents I don't receive feedback on Emails, long call queues and appauling waits on WhatsApp.
I am utterly disgusted to say the least!!!
