Worst Service Ever

I’m only rating their service with one star cause that’s the lowest I could, I’ve been trying to withdraw my provident fund since the 25th of of March till today I haven’t received my funds or any form of communication, when I call in I’d wait for an “available for the agent” for over 30 minutes then the call cuts. I also tried the WhatsApp self service which is also close to useless cause when you try to initiate a chat with a real person you’ll wait for eternity. I now also want to move my pension fund from them.
