Worst service and *********** stuff
How long does it take for you to process and payout a claimed. My cousin claimed on the 10th on November 2020 to this days he hasn't received a cent from you guys and no communication at all. Yesterday he called your head office and he was told he claim will take 6 months to be paid because it's a large amount yet your the premiums were paid to you without any fail. You are ***********, am very disappointed with your service.
