Worst service

Wow just wow….How can one claim if it’s a hustle to get hold you guys when I want to up date my policy. I have been trying to reach out to you but no luck. All you care about is the sale then after that you just forget about the client. All the time I want to query about my policy all I get is automated response. Meaning should anything happen to me…Hod forbids my family will suffer. Please assist or just rather cancel my policy I can’t deal with a company who cannot do their diligence after sale .. considering I’m paying my premiums ai is just bad
