Worst service

Thanks to Thembi now my name is on all the letters that I will be handed over to the attorneys for money that I don't know anything about. Instead of her doing her job she just sent me a letter that I need to pay back the money that was refunded to me when I asked for proof of that refund to my surprise she doesn't have it but she's got the nerves to send me letters that I need to pay.
