Worst Service

Worst service. I have been asking for a detailed ledger loan statement to see allocations to capital and interest with no assistanve they always jave excuses on why they cannot send me this which is concerning cause I questioned my statement and requested a detailed ledger. I also requested a copy of my loan agreement and also no assistance there. They just ignore.
