Worst pension fund ever

I have been requesting my tax directive for 2 months now in order to do my tax returns. I received a letter of apology from sanlam on the 4th August 2023 saying it would be filed with sars by the 11th August 2023 and i would be able to file my tax returns between the 15th and 17th August 2023. The 17th it was still not submitted and i sent them a email enquiring as to what was going on. I received no response. I emailed them again today the 18th August 2023 and still have no reply. Many times when being emailed they never respond and never do as they say they will. Now I am sitting and still can't do my tax returns until they decide to do their job of which they get paid for.
