Worst investment provider

I am so frustrated and disappointed with Sanlam. I opened an investment account with u July 2021 only to discover that my funds were never allocated to my portfolio but rather stuck in a suspense account. For two full months I’ve been on emails to get my money allocated to my account and for my interest to be adjusted accordingly. No one can do that up to this day. Sanlam please give me my money back I’ll go invest it with a company that cares.
