Worst Investment customer service ever

I have been a member of Sanlam for 10 months having 2 policies with them. I have received the worst experience from them when I wanted to do part withdrawal on one of my policies. I was told that after I have completed the forms, the payout will be 2-3 days which I did on the 16th/04, on the 18th/04 i was told, payout will only be on the 29th of April. Worst customer service ever
