Worst insurance ever
It's been 5 months since u made my claim with you guys and my experience has been nothing but unpleasant due to your incompetence. I keep on being taken for pillar to post instead of you guys paying out my claim. I will never recommend anyone to take out life insurance with you. You have the worst of the worst service ever

We noted that our claims department needed specific medical documentation, requested from you, in order to finalise the assessment of the life cover claim. We have not received all required and correct documents to do so. The funeral benefits have already previously been paid.
