WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER

I've been with this company for more than five years, i have been claim free and never missed monthly payment, however throughout this period, i haven't received any correspondence, feedback, update or even cashback as they advertise. I've tried to cancel them but was advised not to since I've been with them for sometime and that would be a loss should something happen to my covered family members.
