Worst ever service!

I didn't even want to pick a one star! They deserve a minus 10 stars! They don't get back to you, I sent an email middle of January, then again on the 6th of February - WHICH was only answered yesterday, after I made a comment on their FB advert ! The recent email requesting cancellation has been ignored. Thank goodness I am alive to deal with them - I sent an email to cancel with immediate effect, that they have NOT responded to ?! - because - clearly if I do die - the only people that will see that policy payment will be Assupol themselves? I wonder how many dead people are rolling in their graves?
